FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What materials do you cast?
We cast in grey iron, SG iron, carbon and stainless steel, Ni-Hard, Ni-Resist and other special alloys — depending on performance needs and client specifications.
Are you a UK-based foundry?
Yes — we operate from our UK facility and supply castings across the country and internationally.
Do you offer short runs and prototypes?
Yes — we regularly produce one-off or short-run castings for development and prototyping, as well as batch production.
Can you supply fully machined castings?
Absolutely. We have an in-house machine shop and can deliver castings ready for assembly, with full QA and certification.
Why use sand casting?
Sand casting is one of the most economical casting processes, particularly for small- to medium-sized production runs. It offers flexibility in design, material versatility and can accommodate complex internal features.
